HEARTWORKS, YMCA Camp Belknap, Inc.
is a
community outreach program sponsored by YMCA Camp
Belknap dedicated to providing healthy activities that
nurture the body, mind and spirit. It is the
culmination of efforts to integrate the YMCA
mission to provide affordable programs to support health
and wellness, with artistic expression designed to
foster creativity and individuality. How we
treat our bodies reflects the way we feel about
ourselves, and the way we express ourselves resonates in our entire being - through sickness or
health. Each of us has the potential to live
healthy, energetic and creative lives, no matter our age
or life circumstances.
Located in picturesque Mirror Lake, NH, centrally located between Moultonboro and Wolfeboro and just 1/4 mile from 19 Mile Bay
public beach and boat launch, you will
find Heartworks' spacious studio, private therapy room,
restful lounge, boutique, and meditation garden a perfect
place to unwind whether you are on vacation in the Lakes Region
or make the area your home. Heartworks is open year-round.
